Who should enter?
Excellence in preparing, serving and promoting food and drink from Kent on the premises by a café, tearoom, coffee shop, pub or casual dining restaurant
How will this category be judged?
Supplementary information will be requested for this award. This will be paper judged by a team of expert judges. Then a shortlist will be produced and these will be mystery dined.
Judging criteria:
Quality and range of seasonal ingredients used, menu choice, accuracy of the cooking, combination of flavours, innovation and flair, ambience, service and overall value for money. Judges will be looking for the promotion and use of local Kent produce.
