Those producing any fresh whole cut of meat and poultry (steaks/chops etc), or products that have had value added (charcuterie/bacon/sausages).

How will this category be judged?

Taste judged by a team of expert judges

Judging criteria:

Appearance, the use of locally sourced ingredients, texture, taste, innovation and relevance to market
