Who should enter? Producers, manufacturers and processors of non-alcoholic drinks designed to be served hot, made in Kent. This includes teas, herbal infusions, coffee blends, hot chocolate and any other hot non-alcoholic beverage produced in Kent.

How will this category be judged? Entries are taste tested by a panel of expert judges drawn from across the food and drink sector, including drinks specialists, chefs and buyers.

Judging criteria: Character, taste, appearance, aroma, use of locally sourced ingredients and drinkability. Judges will also consider the value added during the production process and how the product is positioned in the market.
