Dark chocolate sourdough made with dark rye starter, three organic flours, organic cocoa powder and ethically sourced organic dark chocolate (74%).
Serve toasted or as is, with sweet or savoury toppings. Dominant chocolate flavour: nutty, earthy, roasted notes. Not overly sweet. Crunchy crust, soft crumb.
