A recipe from Lily's Social Kitchen: Vegan Brownies
Ingredients:
Plain flour 250g
Demerera sugar 350g
Cocoa powder 65g
Baking powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Water 250ml
Vegetable oil 250ml
Method:
Sieve flour into a bowl.
Add all other dry ingredients.
Mix oil and water together in a jug.
Mix wet and dry together well without overbeating.
Add whatever toppings you like! Our favourites are Oreos, Biscoff
Spread, Bourbon biscuits, orange and mint flavouring.
Bake at gas mark 3 for 35-45 mins until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean with moist crumbs.
Allow to cool in the tin completely, then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container and eat within three days.
