Carrington Foods - I created the recipe for Chillichup in 2007. The recipe for this spicy and flavoursome sauce created the perfect accompaniment for the Moroccan-inspired food I was serving at fairs and private events throughout Kent.

The sauce was an instant hit. Customers would beg me for sauce to take home with them, so I started to bottle and sell Chillichup and from that day demand for the sauce has kept on growing. Over the years Chillichup has grown into a whole range of different sauces, including additional heat varieties to cater for all tastes.

Chillichup attracted the attention of some local independent shops who began to stock my sauces, and in 2015 I picked up my first catering client. This jump in demand for my sauces made me take the decision to expand the business, and so Carrington Foods Ltd. was born. Chillichup is now stocked in independent stores all over Kent and is widely available online and at local shows and events throughout the year.

I am so proud of my sauces. My recipes have been lovingly honed to make sure that Chillichup is the very best it can be. Chillichup is an addictively delicious addition to any table.
