Who should enter? Producers, manufacturers and processors of dairy products made in Kent. This includes butter, cream, yoghurt, milk, ice cream and other dairy-based products. Cheese has its own category - everything else dairy is welcome here.

How will this category be judged? Entries are blind taste tested by a panel of expert judges drawn from across the food and drink sector, including chefs, buyers and food writers.

Judging criteria: Appearance, use of locally sourced ingredients, texture, taste, innovation and relevance to market.
