This is everything you would hope for from a superior sparkling wine – fresh, rich rounded and full of complexity, with an abundance of delicate fine bubbles. Pairs perfectly with seafood and shellfish or enjoy with roast chicken or pork. Also excellent with creamy risottos and grilled vegetables. Suitable for Vegans. 11.5% ABV.
