Every step – from roasting and winnowing to refining, conching and moulding – is carried out in-house in small batches. Made with just three carefully selected ingredients, including British-grown beet sugar, the bar delivers a beautifully balanced flavour profile with notes of red berries, citrus and delicate floral undertones, allowing the origin to speak for itself.
