Kent Product Innovation of the Year
We use Kentish Morello cherries that are naturally wild-fermented before being fortified with a neutral spirit. Every bottle is made using fruit from our newly planted Morello cherry orchard on our family farm in Kent. Inspired by a cherished family recipe, we have refined and perfected the process to create a truly original and innovative wine. Unlike traditional cherry liqueurs, our cherries are fully fermented before fortification, developing remarkable depth, complexity, and rich fruit character that make this wine uniquely distinctive.
