Miller's Choice, a wheat population, was created over twelve years by Andrew Forbes using 19th century and even earlier tall wheat varieties as a starting point. The heritage means it's particularly well suited to low input farming systems. This is the original wheat we used to eat before modern high yield low milling quality wheats with short straw took over. This wheat is better for all of us and the environment. It also tastes delicious.
