A recipe from Solley's

The Minty Moo

Ingredients:
Solley’s Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream
Solley’s Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Squirty or whipped cream
Chocolate sauce or melted chocolate
A flake to finish off
A sundae glass (if you don’t have one, it tastes just as good in a bowl!)

Method:
• Add one scoop of Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream
• Drizzle with chocolate sauce
• Add one scoop of Choc Chip Ice Cream
• Drizzle with more chocolate sauce
• Top with Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
• Add squirty cream, working in a circular motion from the outside of the glass inwards, finishing in the middle.
• Drizzle with chocolate sauce
• Add a flake to finish off
