As a nature friendly foodie, he’s passionate about delicious food that doesn’t cost the earth. He has over a decade of experience working with food businesses to improve their impact on people and planet and has an MSc in Environmental Science.
Everything tastes better with a good environmental story! I’ll be looking for businesses who are leading the charge towards a food system where farmers and food producers make a decent living, animals are treated humanely, and nature is respected and protected.
