A champion for British farmers and fishermen, he was recently
appointed as a Director for Love British Food and is a Board Member for the
Master Chefs of Great Britain.
Entering the Taste of Kent Awards can really put your food business in the spotlight. These highly respected awards are trusted by retailers and consumers alike and are a fantastic way of raising your profile, gaining accreditation and getting new customers. When judging these prestigious awards I am looking for the best product, something worth driving out to a restaurant or shop to taste. I am primarily looking at taste, texture and flavour. Other important considerations are aroma, clean deck ingredients, appearance, packaging and price point.
