Melissa is the Deputy Director of Commercial Services and Estates at the University of Kent, she has been in post since 2022 and is also the current Chair Elect of the CUBO (College, University and Business Officers) association.
At the UoK Melissa is responsible for and provides strategic management for a comprehensive range of value-added services including Catering, Conference and Events, Residential accommodation, Sport and recreation and Marketing.
