My name is Terry Martin and I am the master fishmonger for M&J seafoods. I've been with them for 37 years. I head up the learning and development for our fishmongers and our customers, I’ve been the National Federation of Fishmongers National Fish Craft Champion twice. I love anything to do with fish and seafood but enjoy trying any food!
People entering these awards have a real chance of gaining a “ badge of honour” for their products. I will always try something on a menu or from a shop that has an accolade especially if it’s a local producer. I’m really looking forward to judging again this year as I was amazed at the amount of really outstanding products: Kent is definitely the Garden of England.
